Neal Levin

Skateboarder since: 1983

Neal was a sponsored skateboarder from 1988-1991 with H-Street Skateboards. He traveled around the U.S. competing in numerous mini-ramp contests.

From 1989-1991, he was a skateboard instructor at a skate camp in Visalia, CA. After a few broken bones and surgeries, he began Rewind Clothing in Montreal, Canada. There he was in charge of design and promotion. Rewind became one of the largest street wear and outerwear companies in all of Canada. One year later, he co-founded King Distribution. There he managed all domestic sales and internal operations. He distributed products such as ES, Emerica and Etnies Footwear, Deluxe Skateboard products, Fresh Jive and Type A Snowboards.

In 1999, Neal moved back to Milwaukee, WI to open 4 Seasons Skate Park of Milwaukee. After great support and an overwhelming response, he opened 4 Seasons Skate Park of Madison in October of 2001. In early spring of 2006, Neal and his crew opened 4 Seasons indoor skateboard only park- an expansion of his Milwaukee park.

Kyle Giese

I first started skating at the end of 6th grade, when my best friend at the time got one. I had mine a few days later and have been hooked ever since.

Street skating is what I grew up skating, there was
no park in my hometown of Dubuque, Iowa until 3 years after I started.

Skateboarding is in my blood now, giving up or quitting is impossible, from broken ankles, ribs and surgery can't make me quit, nothing will. Skateboarding is my release and escape from the world, I can hop on my board, talk to no one and do whatever I want and have the time of my life.

Outside of skateboarding I enjoy skateboarding,
"normal" sports never held my attention and interest as much as skateboarding does, so I stick with what I know and do best. I have now been living in Madison for a year and love it. We actually have a skate scene here and a lot more kids skate here than back in Dubuque.

Future plans include skating and living near an ocean or in a warm/hot climate. "Snow and 30 below can make a grown skateboarder cry."
